Found as a stray 5-month-old puppy with what was later determined to be blunt force trauma to the right side of his face, veterinarian Danielle Boyd adopted Squish from an animal shelter. ?Even with all Squish has endured, nothing slows him down, and his injuries only made him stronger,? says Squish?s human. ?Squish has a bubbly personality. He can make me smile even on my worst days.? Danielle hopes that Squish?s story will encourage others to adopt, foster and care for animals in need. ?There are so many animals that need a loving home. They might not have had the same heartbreak as Squish endured, but they are special just the same,? she says. ?I hope Squish continues to spread smiles and happiness and inspire others to look for beauty in every form.?
