Photo by @_foodstories_ Laura Muthesius and Nora Eisermann (@_foodstories_) cook, style and photograph their own gluten-free recipes. ?A few years ago, we couldn?t find restaurants or cafes where we could eat because of Laura?s gluten intolerance,? says Nora, a food stylist and cook. ?Luckily, Nora has always been a great cook,? says Laura, a photographer. ?So we started to develop recipes together, and started a blog where we could share them.? Laura and Nora split their time between Berlin and the German countryside, where they?re inspired by the landscape and changing of seasons. Though their recipes span dishes from pizzas to granola, the pair share a particular love for cakes and sweets. ?Since I couldn?t eat cakes or desserts for a long time, I really love them,? says Laura. ?It was so great for me to find out that baking something gluten-free is not as difficult as I thought.? ?
