Meet Marley Dias (@iammarleydias). She?s a 14-year-old activist (and published author) on a mission to bring diversity and inclusion to young people through literature. ?I always loved to read, but I never saw myself, a black girl, as the main character. I thought that was a problem I wanted to solve when I got older, and then I realized I could do it then.? Since starting the #1000blackgirlbooks campaign in 2015, Marley and her family work to bring diverse literature into schools and curriculums around the world. ?
